Our Process

Consultation
Our consultation is an in-person, in-depth analysis of the interior of your home. This is where we conduct a complete walkthrough of each room, take photos and measurements, making note of furniture placement, lighting, décor, colours and all existing contents. A detailed report with a staging quote will be provided within 24 hours with recommendations and suggestions on how to prepare your home and get it market ready – $250 plus HST/ waived when hired

The transformation begins
Teamwork makes the dream work! Once staging is booked, you will begin the process of implementing all of our recommendations. This might include decluttering, furniture removal, minor repairs, some lighting updates and a fresh coat of paint which can make a world of difference. No need to stress however, we have a team of experts to help if necessary.
